All online orders are processed Monday - Friday.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Shipping Schedule:

• Standard UK delivery is 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Big Cartel including tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Only UK shipping is currently available.

Local Pickup:

• A local pickup option is available from Park Lane Art Studios in Glasgow. Enter "COLLECTGLA" in the discount code box at checkout. You will then be contacted via email with the pickup address betweek 1-3 working days.
• Local pickup is available Monday to Friday from 9:30am - 5:30pm. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

RETURNS
14-Day Return Policy: 14 days is given from the day after you recieve your order to initiate a return. All items must meet eligible criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

• In the unlikely event a customer receives the wrong item/s due to an error on the part of Talamh Arts, a return may be accepted. Items that do not match the description provided on the site may be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, the item must also be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. The Returns Policy does not cover instances where products meet their description but customer preferences or expectations differ. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated and you are encouraged to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item if you intend to return it. You will receive the necessary return instructions and address. You then have 14 days from the date of approval to return the item(s).

Refund Processing:

• For eligible returns, Talamh Arts offers a full reimbursement of the item/s cost, including any shipping fees incurred.

• Once the returned item is received and the condition of the item is verified, your refund will be processed in 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Damaged, Defective or Lost Items:

• In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective or lost, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order to assist in resolving the issue.

Order cancellations will be accepted within 24hrs notice. If you request a cancellation please email [email protected]. Cancellation requests sent on non-business days (Saturday - Sunday) will be honored if an email is sent within the 24-hour window.
